Replacement and Return Policy

If unsatisfied with any of our physical goods or products for any reason, simply indicate your name, address, phone number and reason for return along with the item. If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will issue you a replacement at no additional cost. All returned items must be returned in a sell-able condition (unless defective or damaged in transit to you.). are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Special order items may only be returned for replacement and not for any refund. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original sales receipt or packing slip must be included.

Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. Since we do not retain credit card information, all refunds will be made by check unless the original purchasing credit card number and expiration date is provided. Please note that unless product is damaged or item sent in error, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. All downloads and online courses are not refundable. Download this PDF file

All Returned Products and Defective Products must be returned to Say It Right within 30 days of the invoice date. No items will be accepted for return after 30 days of the invoice date.
