Guarantee

All of Say It Right's non-clearance products are covered by a 30 day Unconditional Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any Say It Right product for any reason, simply return it and will will either refund you for the purchase price or exchange it at your discretion.

Replacement and Return Policy

If unsatisfied with any of our physical goods or products for any reason, simply indicate your name, address, phone number and reason for return along with the item. If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will issue you a replacement at no additional cost. All returned items must be returned in a sell-able condition (unless defective or damaged in transit to you.). are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Special order items may only be returned for replacement and not for any refund. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original sales receipt or packing slip must be included. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. Since we do not retain credit card information, all refunds will be made by check unless the original purchasing credit card number and expiration date is provided. Please note that unless product is damaged or item sent in error, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. 

All downloads and online courses are not refundable.

Except as expressly stated herein, Say It Right makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Say It Right sites. Except as expressly stated herein, Say It Right explicitly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Say It Right arising from any product sold on the Say It Right sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Say It Right, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

Shipping

Say It Right will ship your product(s) to you by the best method available for your specific needs. Our normal method of delivery is FedEx Ground. FedEx will not accept packages for delivery to P.O. Boxes. US Postal Service is used in certain circumstances on small items, to P.O. Boxes, and international shipments. Shipments are subject to stock availability. Our shipping is priced on a base handling charge (which covers insurance) and a handling fee per item shipping charge. Shipping and handling fees may vary due to the rising costs of shipping.

Shipping to Canada and International Locations

Say It Right ships to Canada and other international destinations. For international shipments, to Canada. Customers should be advised that additional fees such as customs, GST, and other taxes may be required by your country. For example (to the best of our knowledge), Canada Post automatically applies a $5.00 processing fee for each package to clear Canada Customs in addition to a GST (currently 7%) and PST (varies). These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued for customers refusing delivery of orders due to customs charges.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Say It Right shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. Say It Right shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Say It Right shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
